Saint Francis School is staffed by the parish priests, a lay principal, and lay men and women dedicated to Catholic Education in the Diocese of Erie. The teachers are screened and approved by the Catholic Schools Office of the Diocese of Erie. All teachers hold Pennsylvania State Certification and many hold or are working towards permanent certification in special areas.
Specialized teachers are provided through government funding by the Central Intermediate Unit in the fields of Remedial Reading and Math, Speech Therapy, and Enrichment Programs.
Other Staff members include a school secretary, scrip coordinator, athletic director, music teacher that offers instrumental and piano lessons, a librarian, an art teacher, a physical education teacher, a part-time school nurse, a cafeteria manager, and two part-time custodians.
